Pastor Joe will be in the office on Thursdays from 10:00 -12:00 pm starting this week. If anyone would like to meet with Pastor Joe please stop by.

For prayer requests or pastoral care during pastor Nancy’s sabbatical please contact Deacons Kathy Whittier at 254-7509 or Lois knight 318-0017. If you wish to speak with Pastor Joe, they will ask him to contact you.

News from the Office
Lyn, our Church Administrator, will be out of the office from June 7 to June 17 for shoulder surgery. While she is out, the office will be covered from 8:30-10:30 am Monday-Wednesday. Pastor Nancy will be in the office on Thursdays from 10:00-12:00 pm(not confirmed). The phones and email will be checked during this time.

CHURCH YARD SALE

CONFERENCE DUES
This is the time of year that our church must pay its conference dues. Conference dues are based on the number of members we have in our congregation. The per member dues is $18.00 for the Maine Conference and the Cumberland Association. If you haven’t done so already, the church would welcome payment from each member in this amount if you are so inclined. Thank you in advance.

In Person Worship to Begin on Sunday, June 6
We will be worshiping in person beginning on June 6. We plan to be outside as much as possible, but if the weather is inclement we will move inside to the Fellowship Hall. At this time we will continue to be masked and socially distanced. Don’t forget your chair!

Strawberry Festival
The Strawberry Festival is back! Plans are underway to hold the festival under tents outside on church grounds following all CDC Guidelines on Saturday, June 26th from 1:00-3:00 pm. If you haven’t already and would like to help please contact Leah D. at mamad115@hotmail.com

Help for the Homeless
It’s spring! Thank you all for your continued support for Grace Street Ministries. Please hold on all winter gear until next year. Warm weather needs include travel size toiletries including sunscreen and lip balm. And of course gift cards for places like Dunkin Donuts($5) and grocery stores- Hannaford’s, Shaws and Market Basket($10.). Any fast food chain in Portland will work as well. Thank you! Pastor Nancy
