Weekly News for September 12

We still need a few volunteers to answer phones selling Chicken Pie Supper tickets on Sunday afternoon Sept 16th from 1-3 pm and 5-7pm. Please contact Pam Ames or Pastor Nancy if you can help in this way. (See separate Chicken Pie Supper email for all the details!)

After worship fellowship time (aka coffeehour, aka lemonade hour) is a vital part of our church life together. It is when we greet new people who have joined us for worship as well as connecting with those we have known for years. For some it is the only time during the week when we connect with our church family. Thank you to all of you who acted as hosts last year, to Jeanne Chadbourne who acted as host over the summer and to Donna and Norm Smith these past 2 weeks as we gear up for a new year. Please consider hosting this wonderful time together for one week or more in the coming year. It is up to you what you bring to share. You may put on a pot of coffee or use the single serve machine (especially nice now that we have reusable coffee pods😇) There will be a sign up sheet in the Gathering Space. Thank you, Pastor Nancy
